The MyThomson iPhone app took home the award for Most Effective Mobile Travel & Tourism Solution at the 2013 Effective Mobile Marketing Awards which took place at the London Film Museum last night. MyThomson saw off competition from London Underground, Hotels.com, Air Asia/Expedia and Netbiscuits to win the prize, making it the first award the app has won.
What the judges liked the most about the app was how it constantly engages with our customers throughout their journey, putting all of the information they need about their holiday at their fingertips.
The app is a collaborative project between Thomson, Creator, AKQA and Aditi Technologies.
